It is the patient’s responsibility to inform us if they have Eyemed insurance when selecting frames and lenses in our office. Patients will not receive any refunds or discounts if they inform us after the eyewear is ordered, nor will they be able to receive any money from their respected insurance provider.

This allows you to do the following:
1. Choose any frame you want (we have over 1000 frames on display) instead of the limited selection the plan allows.
2. Obtain the highest quality, professionally handcrafted eyewear instead of the poor quality, stamped out glasses that the plan provides.
3. Come to us anytime you need adjustments and service for little or no charge.
