What is the Reason for Our Online Ordering Form??
When you complete our Online Order Form, we will contact you to discuss your selection!
Also, we ask you to upload your Rx on the form. Once we contact you and finalize your selection, the next step is payment. We can either send you a PayPal or Square invoice, or you can provide us with your c.c. details over the phone.
The turn-around-time is about 5 to 7 days plus a few days for shipping. We usually ship our domestic items using USPS Priority Mail which is normally 2-3 days. Once your VR Rx lenses are finished we will then send you an email to let you know they are being shipped and we will provide you with tracking information.

Before we got into the Oculus Quest 2, the last time that we tried virtual reality was in the 90s at an arcade when you were placed into a circular platform with an enormous headset that needed an arcade employee to help put on and take off the device and the game would only last for about 10-15 minutes.
We are now in a new age when it comes to gaming, leisure actives, education and work tools. VR Headsets are vastly improving with ram, resolution, storage capacity and more. And even with with these improvements, our vision is still needed to be able to see the VR World! Even with the VR devices having adjustable IPD (Inter-pupillary distance) components, still doesn't make up for an individual's correctiveness when it comes to visual acuity. |

When we received the Oculus 2 (By Facebook) we were amazed by the technology of this device and the visual display was good, but our vision still wasn't as sharp as it should be. We thought we might be able to wear the VR headset to start off with out wearing our glasses. Even with adjusting the IPD settings and during little tricks that we found on YouTube that recommend adjusting these settings for in-between digits.
(For Example: The IPD settings are 1, 2, 3 and if the display looked good at 2 and 3, then you use your finger as a spacer tool, and have the settings to be in the middle of 2 and 3.)

Next, we wore our eyewear with the glasses spacer (Included in Quest 2 box) which did help and we could see items on the screen more clearly. But, every time we wore our everyday frames, we would worry about the frames themselves rubbing against the Oculus Lens. Also, we noticed our frames would always get stuck in the headset when we would take it off even though our frames met the recommended frame dimensions by Facebook. All this just became a hassle, so we came up with a few solutions that help with the overall VR experience when it comes to vision. Please keep in mind, we are not the only optical lab that is selling a VR Rx Lens Insert but, we ARE the only ones that fabricate everything on site. This makes everything easier on your end, as we are a one stop shop. |

We use 3D Makey as a supplier on ETSY. They have great reviews, and their work is amazing!! The only downfall is that those who purchase their product need to order their Rx Lenses from Zenni.com along w/ a (cheap) frame with a circular shape and when the frame and Rx lenses arrive in the mail then they are instructed to take the lenses out of the frame and mount their Rx lenses in the VR top adapter. This is when confusion occurs and customers are making mistakes. A few examples of these mistakes are inserting the wrong Rx lens in the wrong VR adapter. Another mistake is if the Rx calls for astigmatism (w/ axis) then you need to make sure that the axis is aligned properly within the VR adapter.
By purchasing everything from us, we become a one-stop-shop and everything is going to be right the first time. Otherwise, you are buying two separate items from two different online stores, inserting your new Rx lenses into the VR adapter, and hoping everything is correct. Instead, you can buy the VR Base and Adapters from us, and we will fabricate a pair of Rx lenses (lens add-ons available) and we will ship them to you and all you will need to do is insert the base onto the VR device, and that's it!
